Retirement program and Personal Insurance. These two make me more motivated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Onsite is very cozy and homey. WFH is fun interacting with the team and leaders.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that all of my leaders are hands-on in ensuring that we all have jobs. TaskUs does not terminate employees when a campaign is done. Our leaders will look around to give us a new home. And I like that our DOO, SOMs, OMs, and TLs directly talk to us and give us news about our employment.
