Focus on welfare of employees rather than delivery of business.

Workload. I don't see them focused on people anymore. A lot of attrition.

How we make sure everything we do is aligned with the core values.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot of attrition due to workload and changes you can't say no to. Even the leaves you've filed are not respected anymore.
