What makes you most happy at work?
Salary day and that I can meet my co-worker.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They at least listen to our complain, feedback and opinion. Somewhat.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a team, we are closer than anything and I enjoy spending time with them although we usually spend a lot on foods.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They promote various activity that can help you physically, mentally, and emotionally. I like that they offer amenities such as day care and gaming area that can help the team mates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I understand that we are handling a non voice account and it somewhat easier than voice account. That doesn't mean that the work is easier. If a raise is not possible at least add compensation and other benefits.
