When there are events that involve the interests and participation of the teammates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and do their best to maintain a non-toxic environment to work in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hardship as a Team Leader is sometimes not acknowledged and not compensated as we are the ones rolling out updates and "Shock absorbers" for the aftermath of updates teammates that do not agree or with teammates going through a lot. We also should feel safe and understood.
