Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Aside from annual increase, I hope we can get perks for loyal employees. I am working with TaskUs for almost 4years and I don't see any perks or incentive for us while referrals can get as high as Php100,000 and other stuff.
