my previous team was the best. i just transfered to another team, since my previous team got desolved. currently adjusting so far i can say neutral feeling for now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when i transferred to another LOB. my allowance was reduced, they mentioned its because we are working in a WFH set up. but just so you know we may not paying for a transpo fare but we are paying additional bill due to internet and electricity being used during our shift.
