What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They are not people oriented, more on client first lol

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The salary is not good, management and everything. TaskUs is overrated as they are covering it up using their activities and such

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to change the way they handle people, policies, management. Especially here at GRN ever since we transitioned here TaskUs become Toxic

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management. We can bear with the salary, but the management is worse, especially GRN. Ever since we transitioned here and change the OD the management gets worse

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are the only reasons why I am staying here, aside from the low salary, i just need exerience so I can move to higher salary (even though they're toxic lol)
