The way they lead and provide a much more easy way for us to work

People first is important, if you don't take care of your people, they won't take care of you as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all almost close that we always make fun of each other but not in a rude way. It makes the work much easier if the people around you is genuine and easy to be with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On top of the additional basic pay salary, it seems unfair that some of us tenured like 2 or more years is already near the basic pay. It is much better that we still have the additional two thousand for the basic pay on top of the merit increase.
