They have ears to listen to your feedback and they action it as long as they can.

My coworkers and I always challenge myself to reach and exceed my quota everyday and that what makes me most happy at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor (TL Jhon) is very approachable and hands on. My manager (OM Erik) is also approachable and always there whenever we have issue with our tools and he's very cool. I love my TL and my OM.
