The salary increase should be more than what we receive especially now that we are on a different site, the fare, rent,coffee, and the time is so consuming.

salary increase since the minimum wage has increased to 150 pesos, I think we should to. we deserve it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
since we have moved into a new site, there is a salary increase for 3000 ph pesos but my yearly increase every anniversary has been voided
