We're a wide range of variety of teammates with different skills. We expertise at different KPI's and other projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
don't care about the compensation anymore. I've been more that 4 years in the company and been doing innovation since then. What I received the most is only thanks a few dollars. I would like half of my shift doing innovation so I can focused on taking more innovation projecs that helps teammates.
