We're still actually in our 2mos of stint in here but we're feeling like we grasp already what we needed to know because of our TL who made sure that they teach/let us know what are the thing that we needed to learn about the company.

Transpo allowance hopefully they implement it thoughout the shift

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their function itself. They listen to the voices of their people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The transportation allowance and hopefully my schedule wont change so that i can still avail it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All are fair, You dont get intimidated by those that are in position. They don't let you make feel like their higher than you !
What do you like best about the leadership team?
During my 2mons and counting of stay here, I dont have anything to say bad about my Team Leader, he is so equipped and knowledgeable with the process, product and to how handle teammates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I just wanna commend those that are tenured(specially those that handled by TL Benjie previously), they dont let us feel like we're newbie, they make sure that they are there to help and guide us, that, made us feel like we're belong into their team.
