As my first BPO company and first job, it was a nice experience and somehow memorable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it would have been better if we're paid more.

I like how they are somehow considerate and understanding about the teammate's situation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Haven't been here for a long time but I just noticed that people are very positive and not too toxic
What are some of the best things about your team?
They value their work and keeps everyone motivated. Even though things are harder for Tier 3 teammates, they don't fail to support and guide us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It just feels unfair that our TPH seems doable but somehow even if we've been trying to hit our target, it seems like we're not achieving it due to the same level of target.
