I like it at first because the site location before is nearer at my house. But now, there's a lot of challenges and I need to make a decision if I have to stay or not.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hear the people around them and they should a clear goal and openness to all. Including following "People First".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do different than the works of Tier level 2. I'm wishing to have a little bit higher compensation than them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need salary increase or support for transportation. Due to site transfer, we're struggling everyday to report to work and to avoid being late. It's costly on our end.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promoted to Escalations Team and the salary and score target are the same as Tier 1 & 2. We have a different concern handling that the lower tier - we mostly felt undervalued because of that.
