
Some people are approachable and friendly but not like what it was before pandemic.
To have better pay and better compensations to counter the travel and workload due to RTO.
Listening to the employees and be more sensitive to the needs and to bring back people first culture.
To be more professional and be sensitive to each individual's personality to be able to make the right approach accordingly.
Not compensated enough, salary is no longer enough. I feel the company is lagging behind in terms of compensation compared to other companies specially the ones with WFH.
