Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an almost 4 years teammate, I have acquired a lot of knowledge and skills by doing different projects. Appreciate, recognition, and pay increase are much important to make not only me but my coworkers feel valued in this company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
taxes are getting higher, the cost of living is getting higher, and workloads are getting higher but compensation still stays the same. In my campaign as a WFH TM, internet and electric allowance are not included. The compensation is just the same when I am working on-site.
