What makes you most happy at work?
If there is incentive offered. Increase on the salary. No dispute on the pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep us updated about the changes however sometimes we don't have a choice but to agree with the changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are changes that they don't ask if it's okay with us especially if this will impact our pay. Also, the salary as well as the annual increase is nor competitive compared to other company.
