happy and contented with perks and benefits however, compensation is not aligned to Manila rate

work from home set up , as I can work efficiently without being away from my loved ones
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are okay, however it they could abolish the provincial rate and have our salaries aligned with Manila rate

I believe that the provincial rate policy should be abolished as prices of food and other services are the same.
