Leaders are thorough on tracking teammate's performance and offers help to ensure we are improving our performance through coaching and engagements
What are some of the best things about your team?
Atmosphere and environment they provide when going to work. The connection I build with them outside work is also helpful and good motivation for work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It fits my expectation however I would like note that there is opportunity to improve, possibly the account allowance especially for expert teammates on our account/campaign. Other than this, incentive is fair.
