The people in the company are great. Everything actually is great, even the work experience is very challenging I enjoyed it because that's what I'm looking for. It's just that we feel not just me that we're underpaid.

the management is really approachable

They're really focus on the things that will make everyone better

The workload is way too much if you compared it to how much we're being paid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best as the working environment is very light and cheerful. It doesn't feel like working when I'm with them
What makes you most happy at work?
the people. I don't want to think about the compensation because it will not make me happy. I'm grateful for what I'm getting, it's just that I believe it's not enough compared to the workload
