They are approachable and accept feedback if there's available.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fine and complete. Hoping to have free sped for special kids and therapy sessions as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are benefits to receive, a good salary, good friendships, and TLs as well. They're also, free food, free coaching for wellness and many more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At first, I am not used to talking to my new team but I tried to reach out to them and got misinterpreted our understanding with each other. One day at team building now I can understand them and sometimes their jokes are already controlled.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If we have concerns they know how to answer these and get back to you when they have gathered information. They will teach you once you didn't get what you needed. The TLs are the one who were the 2nd parent of work to guide and support you.
