As for my 6 months stay here, Im happy. I've been with 2 bpo companies already and I can say that task us is completely different. The management, benefits and the environment is great

People's first. They are making sure that they prioritize the people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more than 5 years experience in BPO industry. I became a trainer and RTA on my previous company but I am a teammate here and my basic pay here is 16,000
