Im handling nesting team and we are attaining really good numbers. Teamwork had been running since day one and have a great support team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As we are moved to the new site we as Ops also thought that it would be fair for us to also have even a bit of movement in our salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Operations compensation is already close with the agents compensation even if we had extended times at work without pay it would be fine as long as the compensation would be more competitive specially when you are leading a graveyard shift full voice.
