It started well at my first LOB and working from home. Although, it wasn't a big issue when I was transferred to another LOB and has to report to office, what pissed me off was how my concerns were handled and caused me money.

What makes you most happy at work?

Nothing really. I'm not happy anymore.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Nothing. I just hate interacting unnecessarily with people that don't matter.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people that I work closely with are fine, teammates and TL.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm really disappointed on how my transition from one LOB to another was handled. It caused me to lose money and was not handled with urgency. No proper communication was done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Urgency and time management. I can see a trend in raising some of my concerns that common excuse is that they're busy so I think they need to manage their time more. Regardless of their business, they should still find time to address employees concern with urgency, which I didn't feel at all.
