My co-workers. Workloads and maintaining stats gives us a lot of pressure, and it helps us knowing we can rely with each others' company.
We felt undervalued regards to the compensation we're receiving. The amount of pay doesn't equivalent to the load of tasks in our LOB since we're covering accounts, payments and BGC concerns and the pressure that comes with it - performance.
