overall is at 8 out of 10 - good company - good opportunity - system only issue with distribution of calls - staffing issue to make sure agents are full maximized - good learning opportunity is available possible promotions are available also.

nothing i just dont feel like at times i just work and go home

the ability to work on side projects like creating dashboard and practicing thinds in excell

making the job easier as there instances that people take advantage of the issue with our lines not being perfect and bugs are being abused.

language premium and the free food, hope the language premium will still be available or it matches the salary if ever lateral transfer, promoted or etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
if changing culture is on proactive improvements with the system specially we have system comming from client that equal distribution and plotting of people is also not optimal

none i can think of right now i choose to live peacefully working right now, as focus on work improving myself to gain more skills experience to earn more.
What makes you most happy at work?
the ability for me to improve everyday specially i am working on improving my capability in data analysis which will add to my skill thus allowing me to choose a different career path the could also help me earn more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
undervalued in terms of receiving the number of calls received is not distributed to the agents properly as due to the plotting of schedule having our shift being least plotted with people making the agents take more calls compared to the rest of the agents on other shifts
