Overall it is good. Just let down by the recent changes since it feels like the expectations provided at the start are just a gimmick and the real intention is just to follow the rules and shut up about it. It really hurts to know the people-first environment is just downplayed in the production.

It is better if you base it on the location. The rate is good.

I am happy about the GYM since it is helping me achieve my health goals.

They help me even with the language barrier. They are supporting inside and outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are many things that can entertain you even if you are drained at work. The entertainment is impeccable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Last year I think the leadership team is during well about providing what TaskUS culture is about but recently I feel like a robot because of the recent changes feel different from the time we started. It feels confining and goal-driven without being fun. The people first is not embraced anymore.
