What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The hiring was done in bulk with no relevance made with the JDs and requirements from the client. Co-workers need to understand the job scope and have flexibility in terms of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to change the arrangements with Nityo as a contingent worker. The contractor is still holding off the dues from February and 99% of the employees are impacted with wrong deductions and a total lack of support to sort out such issues. There is no clear way to approach the contractor
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and my people. I worked with them for almost a year to groom the mindsets and perceptions about the work. I helped my teams to have a flexible approach toward changing dynamics and workflows. My manager Mr. Pravin treats us like a family and is always going extra miles to work with us
