It makes me happy to help people around me as well as my customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork is the best thing I learned in my current and previous team and that's precious.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all the best. They always make sure that things are going better in each of us and that, to me, is the most important thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the beauty of the company itself, sentinels, massage chair that we are able to use, the gym, etc. It's all giving the positive impact for us, teammates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a part of a content moderator world in this company, I believed that we also deserve the skills allowance that the other campaign had. Our mental health are being bothered by our work and I know that we use our skills by doing this job.
