It is like a roller coster, if you like to be challenged and grow fast, this is the place for you. You will be compensated for hard work, but, it is a young company, so you need to be aware that not all is taking care of. Great experience if you like to help build a business.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They care about the people, not only in the company but in the community around us, so the set of values to my perspective is pretty awesome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team per se none, I'm the only person in my department. But I work very closely with Payroll and HR and they are very open to communication.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are aware that we currently don't have the best tools available, and they are looking for new ways to become a more efficient company. In other words, they are evolving to keep growing alongside the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel undervalued, I just believe that I need to do more to receive more, and currently I think I go above and beyond to prove that I can manage a higher position and therefore have better compensation.
