Knowledge and support wth each other but they must respect each employee more

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The employee allowance monthly but I am not satisfied with the HMO voluntary paid deduction its too high for an employee

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

To be more professional in dealing with their employees. Invest in retaining employees. Explain clearly goals and objectives to each employee.
