Aling the compensation with the marketplace with the competition because it is right now significantly lower than the other top notch compensation offers

The comunication within the company are not good, some offers are so close and also it feels sometimes like they are not full commited with the stability of the bussines
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More activities involving the performance of their people and also mixing them with the people from other campains, for some reason it is a lot of hard politics that don't let people interact

To make my leadership better he needs to focus their time and energy invested with me aiming to my interest wich is starting a career here, that's some lack in the application process because the info you need to apply or what metrics you should find it's never good explained
