Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Each branch of our company offers different basic pay. For instance, in Cavite, Imus branch offers 14k basic pay whilst on Molino branch, it's 16K. This is frustrating as we are in the same province.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Transportation allowance is only good for 2 days in a month and I need to use my own pocket money. Some teammates are given a chance to work hybrid and some are not, which is extremely unfair on my part. Some of the managers offer biased treatment to teammates.
