honestly, it was fun and enjoying not until the account that I'm in decided to redeploy us to another account, and as of now no new home however they still pay us which is good

free from discrimination, a people-friendly environment, and professional growth there are lots of academies that can be chosen from

LT focuses on training aspiring individuals, they give ample time just to provide all the necessary ways to help us

my team is a great team, co-workers are easy to deal with. Amazing TM and TL and OM. I had so much fun and lessons
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
hard works of the TMs are not totally compensated, incentives as well as the salary are not competitive wherein fact we do a lot of responsibilities
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
positive about the culture, hmmmm it is a people-first company and gave me an opportunity to have my WFH set up which is a big blessing to me
What are some of the best things about your team?
we act as a whole team, not just a team but a family. we guide each other to reach our goals whether it is for the team or for our own sake
