As per my experience with this company, I observed that we always have a feedback form, however, it seems like we are not heard esp when it comes to our salary increase. Employees only depend on the annual increase. As for my overall experience I can say TU is a great company with a lot of benefits.

Being with TaskUs is a great opportunity for me, for a person that has no experience in this industry. TaskUs opened a door for me, where I can have continuous growth/learning .

during payday, same shift with your team and friends

What are some of the best things about your team?
On my team we have Team work and care for each other, we can work even without our Team Lead.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about the leadership team is they always give feedback from their employees but don't seem to listen to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Content Moderation is not an easy job. We deserve Skills Allowance on this campaign especially the things we encounter/watched are also disturbing for us, wellness is not enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I would say ours is in good shape since everyone is very cooperative and our IS is very on hand on us especially on our concerns regarding our work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are in a content moderation account and we don't have any skill allowance, we have this "wellness" everyday that we are not able to use since we need our quota. Raise our salary and lower our everyday quota. Watching diff kinds of videos (gores,cse) is not what a usual person would see outside.
