Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I really enjoyed my work here but I'm not that satisfied with the basic salary cap for teammates. Compared to other companies who offers up to 25K to 30K basic salary as a teammates/agents post. More of us feels like our compensation could be more aligned with the value we bring.
