There are things that I like but me and my team are just exhausted about the leadership that doesn't support us to improve the campaign

The benefits such as mayor insurance, the free time paid like UTO, wellness activities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other to face the daily stress, we support to complete our compliance and always share statements to feel a better mood
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It use to be the core values that we did apply, however a couple of years ago, the company has been growing a lot and it feels like that values are starting to get lost
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
He could listen more, all his team think that we are not appreciate as well as our ideas, we want to help develop the campaign however we always receive the same message "do what you're suppose to and don't focus on anything else"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The rest of the campaigns have a bonus per department higher that us. As well there are dynamics that may help to reduce the routine including compensations like gift cards or a hang out paid by the managers, but that doesn't exist for us.
