it was great at first. however, as the time change and the management is also changed, the experience slowly has gotten worse over time.

everybody is at their throats for any promotions and will trample others instead of help just to get better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
do not abuse their employees. and keep their promises.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees and not making their life worst.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
better pay, better equipment, better responsibility from higher ups and better pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
none. this place is a candy coated poisonous centipede that is alive and eats humans.

be consistent and be the a general decent person in threating others in work ethics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
shady and concluded way the receipt placed with no proper breakdown of pay that causes confusion and distrust among employees and the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay is less than what I make outside work and there is more work and tress on my job in taskus than outside work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is great... specially my immediate supervisor and my supporting sme. but the other departments interacting with my work makes me want to quit.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
politics and deception. most of them harass others for as a joke or for fun. others make you feel safe and makes you regret it later
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
people here are worse and the politics are the only way up. make a direct reporting from any employees that can't be viewed by managers and supervisors so that they can't harass employees that report or have a chance of scaring those who report.
