company policies are great, the managers and supervisors are shit. even the hr are on their side

there should be accountability of the higher ups regarding their negative actions towards other employees

He should stop lying and try to manipulate and harrass his teammates to get his desired goal
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
higher ups should start listening to their teammates, stop harrassing teammates, and stop making our work more difficult just to get their precious incentives
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are given more work by increasing our chat concurrency, removing some of our tools, and forcing us not to take our planned leaves and sometimes harassing us for the desired goals that OMs and TLs made ups.
