I felt safe at first then my TMs distrusted me, later I discovered why when my TL forced me to sky and spill others personal lives with them and used it to force them to do what he wants

none. but OMs and TLs are like tyrants

he should stop forcing teammates to do what he wants

they are exhausted after all extra works and hours of working extra

i my TMs are weary of me because my TL asked me to spy for him
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the benefits does not work. we are still charge absurd amounts when availing and we are not compensated for working extra hours that are not plotted on the schedule.
