company is good but i think it depends on what campaign you're in because honestly in our campaign, they don't even care. it will always be "client first".

Good, nothing's new. It will only depend on what campaign you belong to. Nonetheless, I'm not happy enough.

None, the management and the leader is very toxic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the workload and salary isn't aligned with each other especially in my campaign and i think it became a "client first" campaign. higher salary, giving more importance to the teammates, and have a better work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We feel undervalued because our job is hard and it affects our mental health in moderating the platform but our salary is the lowest among all the campaigns. We also don't have any skills allowance. Give us skills allowance, better management and higher salary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
in our campaign, they insist us to be perfect because of the client's needs but in fact we can't do that. having lower audits and just 1 error with no qa talk is really a bad idea. have more concern with your employees please.
