the workload and salary isn't aligned with each other especially in my campaign and i think it became a "client first" campaign. higher salary, giving more importance to the teammates, and have a better work environment.
We feel undervalued because our job is hard and it affects our mental health in moderating the platform but our salary is the lowest among all the campaigns. We also don't have any skills allowance. Give us skills allowance, better management and higher salary.
in our campaign, they insist us to be perfect because of the client's needs but in fact we can't do that. having lower audits and just 1 error with no qa talk is really a bad idea. have more concern with your employees please.
