I'm able to provide the needs of my family while working at the comfort of our home.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Still disappointed with the managers in our cluster. It doesn't seem to be "People first company" at all because of them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You should set a proper expectation to your members. Always remember that every teammates should matter so its your responsibility to update them on the things that they need to know. Don't let them hang in questions and waiting for your clear answers.
