Good, it is the first company where I stayed 2 years and haven't been absent (UL) since I started, maybe due to the WFH setup with my campaign. Compensation is somewhat okay, benefit especially health card (dental specifically) is always declined by most of clinics, maybe try changing HMO?

Nothing really, the thing I appreciate is the WFH setup

Doing job and the bonding I have with my coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently working at home so environment is out of the question but the culture is great, it's open to all kinds of people, you can be whatever you want.
