I'm hoping that may basic pay at least increases from 16K to 20K.

Our team have open communication, this helps us to be more one and be of help every time.

I love working from home. And despite we are wfh, our team has a livlely and open communication and interactions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued now because of the change in Health card, it seems so hard for us to use it especially it should only be use in clinics for check up and if we go to hospital for check ups in cases that is not life threatening, we will be charged for it. for compensation, 20-22K basic salary.
