The teamwork, our peers willing to help and to work as a whole, not just eveyone for themselves
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits nice on paper, but rarely impactful on a day to day basis, i would prefer benefits that would help on a daily basis, transportation to and from work or a cafeteria with a discount or a 1 free meal per day for employee, as for salary in the current economy is less attractive as it used to be
