from best to worse, numbers driven and no longer the people first company

the company has changed for the worst,the culture of being people first is long gone

leaders / bosses need to check what is going on rather than just pushing for the numbers, teammembers with just being under 90 day tenure and TLs are being reprmanded for their performance
