None. We have the worst managers and TL

They provide free lunch and the sentinels and cleaners are friendly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have the worst TL and managers. Please make evaluation about their leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should be more transparent especially about movements and incentives and communication it to all teammates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like they are corrupt with the incentives. For example, the incentives for the month of February have not been released until now August.
