the people that relies on me for solutions.

since doing more with less.. a bit of a raise or allowance will be appreciated. We do much of what the other departments should do

they also need to stop gaslighting their employees. please do not fake on listening to your people if you already have "prepared" responses to opportunities your people may have. Sometimes, you can fix problems and opportunities by connect with your people genuinely

i understand full accountability and extreme ownership. but somehow, this is being taken out of context. Problems caused by other factors should also me mentioned and acknowledged.
