Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the location of the office which is in highly urbanized city the compensation pay should be higher that we are being paid right now. I do wish that with this type of compensation the setup should be Work from home for all the expenses of travelling. #peoplesfirst
