Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The minimum wage an employee should have is not being met within. Compliance and policies are strictly being implemented (this is a good thing), however way and the execution of it quite off. there are rules being implemented within a circle that are technically not within the scope of the company.
